Hey this is a hot rod meet! Yep. Picnic in The Park is an annual event held in Tracy, California put on by a local club, "The Clutch Burners", as a fundraiser for Hope Hospice. This year's attendance was around 550 cars. I usually go every year and mingle with the rodders who enjoy looking at the Austin . I hear a lot of comments like "How long did it take to cut that car down like that?", or "Yeah, I know these cars, a friend of mine used to have a Minor". Anyway it's a fun time and this year I talked a good friend of mine, Mike Harrell, into bringing his beautiful 1933 American Austin (the red one). Click on the pictures below to see an enlargement.
